Gutters/Downpipes
As with the rest of our UBild Economy Garage Range, you decide if you recycle the rainwater from your garage roof into your water tanks or divert it to a favoured location.
This shed comes with the gutters and droppers and you only supply the PVC downpipe to divert to where works best for you.
Extra Add-ons
Use it as a single garage or even as a serious handyman workshop shed. To finish off your UBild Economy Garage you can add a couple of optional accessories for a little extra:
- The lockable personal access door.
- A fibreglass roof skylight.
- A sliding glass window.
Manuals & Engineering
These garage kits are custom-designed for specific sites, necessitating the involvement of our professional team in engineering the plans and documentation prior to production.
The UBild Garage range comes with the plans and certificates required for local building approval application. You will still be required to take it to the council for approval. In the event that your plans do not receive council approval, you will be refunded your investment amount, minus an engineering fee of 10%. PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. You will retain ownership of the engineering papers and have the liberty to make any necessary adjustments.
Each garage has site-specific wind zone engineering. This implies that the design is adapted to fit the wind zone of your region, ensuring its safety and appropriateness for the construction site. Comprehensive engineering and site-specific documentation necessary for obtaining local council approval will be provided with each order.
Wind Zones
Available for Region A and Region B only – CHECK YOUR WIND ZONE
The sales of these products are exclusive to Non-Cyclonic Regions: QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC.
IMPORTANT: The garages are designed for wind-rated Zone A and Zone B regions across Australia. They are not suitable for cyclone-prone areas. Please consult the wind zone map for clarification or talk to our garage advisor if you need help understanding which Region you are located in. Or contact our customer service team on 1800 032 077, as it is imperative that you get the right building for your location.

Assembly
Our garage kits arrive as sizable steel structures in flat-pack form, ready for delivery. Assembling these structures needs a team effort, and there are instances where your local council might mandate professional assistance.
We strongly advise engaging a builder, especially if you lack prior experience and confidence in dealing with a structure of this size.
Before assembly, careful consideration of your concrete slab or surface is very important, ensuring its level and suitability for the structure. Detailed specifications for the surface dimensions are provided in the plans and manuals for your reference.
