Please note, that if your shed has gone into manufacturing at the time of lock down, and you want to cancel your order, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. So, we do encourage not to cancel but be patient, we will fulfill all orders as soon as lockdown is lifted.

Depending on the size of the steel structure, we have a number of options for delivery of your new steel shed, carport or workshop.
With all our sheds, you can opt for a ‘Click and Collect’ – selecting one of our depots in order for you to collect your steel building from. We have quite a few pick up points around Australia, and this list is growing every day.
We have a standard Home delivery option for our garden sheds and storage units only, and this service is charged at a fee of $77.
Due to the sheer size of our larger garages, carports, workshops and smartlockers you will need to request a quote if you would like your steel building kit delivered to your home.
Click and Collect
Simply select one of our depots either by selecting a point on our map or selecting a depot from the drop down menu. We will then ship your item to your nominated depot to notify you once the item is ready for collection – then all you have to do, is pick it up from the depot.
Our Click and Collect option is a free service, and is ideal for the budget conscience consumer.

You will need to request a home delivery quote for larger items such as our Smartlocker range, Garages, Carports, Workshops and Farm sheds.
Home Delivery is an ‘Assisted Delivery Service’ and based on the size and weight of these structures (flat packed), an able-bodied person will need to be at home in order to receive the order, and unpack the cartons. Please note, someone will need to be home to accept delivery. If however, someone is not home, then the delivery will be deemed failed. Failure of attempted delivery will result in re-delivery charges.
Home Delivery is to the front door only (not backyard) due to regulations. So it is important to be prepared to help on the day to make sure you can place the cartons where you need them.
To get request a quote for home delivery of your new steel structure, you will be prompted with a message when adding these larger items to cart. Simply fill in the form and one of our friendly representatives will be in contact to supply you will a quote for the delivery of your new steel building.
Garden Sheds & Storage Units
Your garden shed will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving payment and transport works on 3 to 9 business days term, depending on your location. We are based on the east coast; so Perth, for example, would be on the higher end of that scale, while Sydney and Melbourne tend to be quicker.
Garages, Workshops & Carports
Important Info: Products may be delivered using different freight companies. Spanbilt have a great turnaround time with very limited defects, so you can be rest assured that no matter what product you choose, it will be delivered within the designated time frame and in good condition.
If you’ve chosen to have the product delivered directly to home it will arrive within 9 business days of purchase, although most of the time it arrives sooner. Just be aware it may take the full 9 business days to receive your product from the time of dispatch.
Once you have been notified that your shed has been delivered to your nominated depot, you have 3-business days to pick it up. You can pick your shed up Monday – Fridays from 8am – 2pm.
Home deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
Home deliveries in any other areas are done by the courier during normal business hours on weekdays only.

Conditions and Exceptions
- For Home Delivery please note that delivery is to the front door or 6 meters from the truck. Deliveries cannot be taken to the rear of a property due to OH&S.
- We do delivery Australia wide with the exception of all Islands.
